Responsabilitati:
- Participarea in mod activ la organizarea firmei;
- Gestionarea corespondentei si a coletelor primite/emise de firma, intocmirea de facturi, stransa coloborare cu departamentul financiar-contabil;
- Preluarea si distribuirea apelurilor telefonice, e-mail-urilor si faxurilor interne/externe;
- Mentine relatiile cu tertii: autoritati, furnizori, client, intretinere si actualizarea bazalor de date cu clientii;
- Activitati de prospectare a piatei, de identificare de clienti noi si transmitere a datele reprezentatilor departamentului de vanzari;
- Contactarea telefonica a potentialilor clienti si stabilirea intalnirilor in vederea promovarii produselor si serviciilor comercializate de companie;
- Oferirea clientilor/potentialilor clienti informatii cu privire la produsele firmei;
- Preluarea comenzilor de la clienti si le operarea lor in sistem;
- Indeplinirea de atributii administrative in cadrul biroului de la Chisinau;
- Intocmirea de rapoarte de activitate.
