Salesforce.com Application Support Analyst

Ideal candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, self motivated, diligent, and have a passion for ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. They will take ownership and responsibility for their work and be a team player but also be capable of working without supervision. They will be proactive and be capable of making informed and sensible decisions to ensure the integrity of their work and the integrity of the enterprise systems they support. They will be able to bring new ideas to the way the team operates and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of theirs and their team’s work. They must be capable of engaging with the business customers, including senior and executive management, in a professional, courteous and polite manner. They must have the ability to work rotating shift patterns including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Mandatory Skills:
- Very strong SalesForce.com administration and technical support experience. (Administrators certificate preferred)
- Exact Target administration and technical support experience
- Understanding of Data Integration technologies (Cast Iron / Talend preferred but not essential)
- ITIL Service Management awareness (Foundation certificate V2 or V3 preferred but not essential)
- Standard office applications (MS Office 2007 / Outlook 2007 etc)
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (TOEFL, IELTS are preferred but not essential)

Additional Skills Preferred:
- Vovici administration experience
- Cast Iron data integration experience
- Talend data integration experience
- Ability to analyse and present data in a concise and clear manner
- Salesforce.com development experience
- Salesforce.com QA experience
