Sales supervisor

HR++ in partnership with an American company is seeking for:

Sales Supervisor

If you have:
- About three years of management experience
- Provided sales management and analysed the results
- Initiative in proposing new solutions, strategies and recommendation regarding sales
- Proven time management
- Proven problem solving skills
- Fluent ENGLISH (must) and Romanian or Russian language
- The willing of growth and the knowledge how to manage a team of up to 10 people
- Previous experience with travel agencies and flight agencies (Huge advantage)
