A foreign company is looking for a Sales Specialist for searching the market demand for agricultural products.

Job Objective:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

Responsibilities:

- find and contact potential companies which will buy our products;
- develops a strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- schedule sales activity
- develop and maintain a customer database
- negotiate with clients
- develop sales proposals
- present sales contracts
-ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- conduct market research and surveys
- monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Education and Experience
- knowledge of relevant computer applications
- knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- knowledge of basic business principles
- proven ability to achieve sales target;
- excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- big advantage would be some other languages, German or French;

Job Specifications:

3-7 years of experience in sales management.
Experience with sales of agriculture products on foreign market;
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
