Job Purpose/summary
The main purpose of this role is to perform all duties related the Quality department. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager will have the responsibility to support the department’s activities
Key responsibilities

Administrative, research, and creative support to sales and marketing teams Management
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Management and creation of Marketing and sales material & presentation
Support the sales team with customer database maintenance, appointment scheduling, and preparation of proposals and sales materials
Assist in developing and creating marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Online sponsorship through social media channel;

Required qualification

High School Certificate
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Proficient spoken and written English

Required experience, technical Required qualification knowledge & skills

Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Confidence in using digital channels and social media
Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer programs.
Ability to interact, communicate effectively
Adherence to deadlines, detail oriented person
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
