HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client (luxury local hotel), is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:


Sales Manager


The main responsibilities:
- Responsibly represent the hotel, making proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to solicit, explain, negotiate and close hotel sales;
- Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market;
- Develop and implement creative sales channels, including web-searching.

Requirements for candidate:
- University degree and 3 to 5 years sales experience required;
- Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English;
- Good command of sales, negotiation & organizing skills;
- Support of all sales team members when required.
