Department: Sales Department, JTI Export Markets
Reports to: Country Manager, Moldova, JTI Export Markets
Description:
To lead Sales function in JTI Representative Office in Moldova, promoting and protecting JTI brands in the market, maximizing sales
To develop and communicate a clear strategic vision in Moldova re Sales department, focusing on maximizing the opportunity for growth
To lead, develop and motivate the sales management team to agree key business objectives, develop the business plan and maximize the company growth
To develop and cascade sales KPI targets. Investments management for the business to accelerate growth and maximize ROI.
To plan and monitor key projects, objectives and achievements throughout the year to achieve and increase sales volume and improve business performance
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Economics, Management
Languages and Computer skills: Fluent Russian, English (intermediate level), Advanced PC user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience.
Skills: negotiation skills, understanding of sales and marketing operations. Ability to work under pressure, people oriented, open-minded, energetic, pushing results, flexible. Readiness for traveling.
