Position: Sales Manager for Online Clients
Main Job:
To ensure the company expands to new markets by attracting international clients. To coordinate communication, delivery processes and servicing standards with the international clients. To establish and run the company expansion strategy based on Price, Promotion, Competitors and market opportunities.

Run a market and competitors analysis
Define the market field
Develop market segmentation, sales and customer relationship management
Identify the opportunities for the company expansion
Segment markets and identify potential clients and partners
Product Development and Sales
Develop an offer and benefits for potential clients
Run promotion of company services by using both direct and indirect methods
Set the goal of signed client’s contracts and raise them by using standard methods as direct mailing, calls, faxes and non-standard methods
Apply for tenders, bids and other resources to attract new clients.
Account Management
Organize concrete ways and methods of customer care.
Make sure delivery processes run smoothly and according to expected standards.
Communicate and track the employees to ensure delivery in time of services
Manage, maintain and build long-term relations between current key clients and company
Manage, maintain and build strategic relations with key partners and translating agencies
Participation in business events
Department Development
Manage the team of sales people
Participate in weekly and monthly evaluation meetings in order to improve the business processes and company turn-over
Analyze daily information on news, trends of translation and other related businesses
Participate in monthly brainstorming meetings in order to expand the company development
Participate in grants, tenders research and application creation
Human Resources
Attract new talent and professional translators from around the world
Establish methods of communication, motivation and salary payment for new employees
