Tasks and responsibilities:
- Organize the activity of Sun Communications' direct sales channels, including sales agents, internal telesales, outsourced telesales relations, corporate account managers and commercial vendors/dealers;
- Establish sales targets for each group in support of Sun Communications subscriber sales targets;
- Organize work activity, recruiting, training and quality control to achieve targets;
- Represent Sun Communications with key clients;
Qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience (experience in telecommunication will be an asset);
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets;
- Managerial experience with a large group of employees and specialists;
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel;
Individual and professionally important qualities:
- Goal oriented: the candidate must consistently achieve targets
- Strong organizational skills: the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient work of a large group of employees and sub-contractors
- Exactingness, leadership, persuasiveness, determination;
