We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager in Logistics!

Responsibilities:
Proactively search and reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email
Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
Present tailored logistics solutions to meet customer shipping needs
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Meet or exceed sales targets
Participate in meetings organized by the Company
What we're looking for:
Experience in B2B sales
Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
Advanced customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in Logistics is a plus
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
