We use an individualized teaching approach matching every student’s learning needs, thus helping kids to reach their highest potential and making the learning process comfortable for everyone!
As we grow every day, we’re looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our team!
**What You Will Do**
- Communicate with clients, enroll them in a trial lesson
- Consult customers about the product and classes
- Guide a client on their way to a trial lesson (send reminders, make calls, rebook a trial lesson if necessary)
- Work with clients proactively, bringing them to purchase after a trial lesson
- Work in CRM system
- Keeping reports on the work performed
**Our Requirements**
- Art of selling - you know how to sell and “build bridges” with clients
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- English native speaker or Advanced (B2)
- Proactivity and a high level of self-organization and responsibility
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Self-motivated, positive, empathic, entrepreneurial, results-oriented personality
- Еxperience of working with CRM systems
- Experience in Education or Psychology fields will be a plus
- Confident PC user and stable Internet connection

- Remote full-time work (40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule - 2 shifts ( 9am- 6pm; 3pm-12am !NEW YORK TIME!)
