OEM Bike is a bicycle production unit, representing famous Belgian brand Ridley

We are looking to fill in the position of Sales manager (Moldova, Romania + CSI countries).
The right candidates for sales manager position should have:
• University degree
• Good knowledge of bicycle and bicycle market is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Romanian / Russian / English languages are obligatory
• Strong computer knowledge
• Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision in order to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
• Attention to details and ability to self-motivate
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Skills and ability to motivate staff to achieve / exceed sales targets;
Responsibilities:
• Providing information, about our products, requested by the customers by phone or personally; • Coordinates, maintains and develops the network of direct and indirect customers;
• Secures that all forecasts, data reports, market analysis are delivered on a timely and accurate manner;
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders. • Follows all the accounts in his supervision as per orders, products, deliveries, etc.;
• Negotiates contract stipulations and elaborates contract proposals following company’s guidelines;
• Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
