Job Profile
Title: Sales Account (Moldova + Ukraine)
Company (hired by): Seko Cluj
Business Units: Cleaning&Hygiene – Swimming Pools – Water & Industries
Place of work: Seko Cluj with frequent travels (approx. 10 days/month)
Required languages: Russian-Ukrainian, English or Italian
Job Objective
To consolidate and develop current portfolio of customers
To sell equipment by implementing company sales plan & strategies
To meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company always competitive and innovative
To persecute the given budget for the assigned area/s
Job Responsibilities (main):
1. To analyse market trends, results, customers feedback and competitions
2. To build and promote strong, long-lasting customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
3. To compile and analyse sales figures and propose solutions/reactions
4. To create, maintain and improve an adequate level of professional and technical knowledge by attending training & workshop, reviewing publications and establishing personal network
5. To develop, maintain and enlarge sales volume, product mix and selling price (according to the given pricing policy)
6. To establish and expand company customer-base and ensure company strong presence within the assigned area/s
7. To be able to fully report to the Sales Director
8. To identity emerging/niche markets/opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
9. To increase business opportunities through various routes to the market
10. To present sales, revenue, customers visits, expenses reports and realistic forecasts
11. To prove ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
12. To properly serve the needs of existing customers
13. To show ability to communicate (“people skills”) and create relationship
14. To stay hardly focused on all the given sales targets
