Our client, a freight forwarding company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy team.

Sales Executive (Sea Freight Operations)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain an active Sales Pipeline
• Retain, manage and develop Existing Accounts
• Communicate and negotiate internally and externally to support the development of profitable business and sustainable relationship
• Provide customer service support, as primary point of contact, to meet each department's Inbound / outbound service requirements
• Complete the daily routing process to accomplish the highest transportation service level at the lowest possible cost through correct carrier selection
• Resolve operational failures and help implement process for continual improvement
• Billing, drawing documentation and transport, tracking contracts and receipts
Job Requirements:
• Proven freight forwarding experience, gained ideally within the arena of container logistics and distribution industry together with a good understanding of trading and operational processes
• Good knowledge of forwarding market
• Computer literacy and advanced knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills, customer oriented
