The well-known international cosmetics company, established in Moldova in 2008 and dynamically growing, is looking for the following position: SALES DIRECTOR.
Requirements:
- Experience in active promotion of the well-known products/brands in Moldova;
- University degree in marketing/economics;
- excellent communication skills and psychological flexibility;
- strong leadership capabilities, the ability to motivate, educate and hire sales team;
- good level of speaking of english, romanian and russian languages;
- practical knowledge of modern product promotion tools;
- wide understanding of the retail market in Moldova, local consumer's psychology and distribution trends.
