Acvila Grup is one of the largest business associations in Moldova and the most important player in the carpet industry in the Eastern Europe. As wholesaler export company, Acvila Grup is hiring Sales Director.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop overall strategy, sales plans and profit targets by region
- Set up and follows the sales plan
- Manages the sale of leftover stock
- Identifies new clients/markets through thorough market research and maximizes business development opportunities
- Negotiates prices, delivery and payment terms. Closes deals.
- Follows up constantly and insists on new orders from clients
- Answers to clients questions/ requests in a timely manner
- Solves clients problems and claims
- Updates information on clients (sales plans, order changes etc.)
- Manage the sales team and evaluate sales managers’ performance
- Meet with key clients, along with sales managers and regional representatives
- Advise the product manager on trends for developing new products based on market needs
- Report on meeting sales targets, revenues, and other relevant performance indicators
- Train sales staff
- Implement sales incentive programs to increase employee performance
- Develop, forecast and monitor budget and operational expenses, and human resources needed for Sales Department
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education
- Age of 30 years and older
- Experience - min. 5 years of sales
- Communication and negotiation skills in English and Russian
- Team spirit, initiative
- Reliability and result oriented
- Ambition
- Punctuality
- Aesthetic sense
- Resistance to stress
- PC literacy
