Sales Director – Freight Brokerage (USA & Canada Market)
Location: Botanica, Office-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals who:
Has 2–5+ years of proven B2B sales leadership experience (preferably in logistics)
Understands North American transportation markets (FTL, LTL, cross-border, etc.)
Can build and manage a team while closing deals themselves if needed
Brings a strong sales process, CRM discipline, and data-driven mindset
Is proactive, decisive, and driven by results
Communicates clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written)
Works well independently, but also collaborates easily with operations and leadership
Is comfortable working evening hours to align with North American clients
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base and market share
Train, and manage a team of freight sales reps as the business scales
Create and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Lead client acquisition efforts, build relationships, and close high-value freight accounts
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
Analyze the market and adjust tactics to stay competitive in a fast-changing freight landscape
Collaborate with leadership to align sales with company-wide goals and initiatives
