HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its Client, Moldovan representative office of the world’s largest direct seller and leading beauty company, is seeking candidates for the position of:
Sales Development Manager
The purposes of work:
Sales Development Manager is responsible for generating profitable sales growth, commensurate with the potential of his market, primarily by increasing the total number of customers served. He/she accomplish this through analysis of the market and an action plan to maximize opportunities, through proper allocation of resources, thorough planning and leadership of a sales team who recruits, trains and motivates a staff of Representatives and through permanent coaching and mentoring of his/her team.
Main responsibilities:
* Understanding of country strategies and communication of these strategies, the plans and programs that support these strategies, to his/her staff
* Preparing of monthly forecasts, conducting of campaingn review sessions according to established schedule and requirements, set priorities for his/her sales team members
* Recruit and train a staff of competent and motivated people according to the guidelines and requirements established
* Schedule activities on a zone priority basis
* Take responsibility and accountability for the effective execution of objectives and strategies, ensure his/her sales team members accept accountability for objectives and encourage entrepreneurial spirit
Requirements:
* University degree
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Field Sales experience - would be a plus
* Proven track record of successfully implementation of complex sales related projects
* Strategic and analytical thinking, well developed leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to travel within and outside the country (business trips all over Moldova, to Romania, Bulgaria, Poland)
* Fluency in English and Romanian
