Sales & Customer Support Specialist

LOGISTICS & DISPATCH COMPANY (Chișinău, Moldova) is expanding its team!
We are looking for a motivated and communicative professional to join us in a Sales & Customer Support role, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting business growth in the U.S. market.
What You’ll Do:

Reach out to potential clients and present our services
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Provide customer support and handle inquiries in real time
Collaborate with our dispatching team (who will manage transport operations)
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive offers
Report activities and results regularly

What We’re Looking For:

Advanced English (C1 level – spoken & written)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in sales or customer support (required)
Knowledge of the U.S. logistics market and pricing (a plus)
Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented personality
