SALES ASSISTANT in Business-to-Business market segment

ADD GRUP Holding, Chisinau based developer and manufacturer of Advanced Metering Systems with supply to international markets in Business-to-Business segment, is seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled person for the position of Sales Assistant.
General Job Requirements:
•Negotiating and concluding supply contracts with international customers or distributors
•Developing shipment plans and fitting them into production plans to make the supply up-and-running in accordance with contract terms and conditions
•Developing shipment schedules and monitoring its fulfillment by departments in charge of the company
•Preparing all the necessary shipping documentation
•Monitoring of continuous product supply and cash flow according to signed contracts
•Organizing reports on contracts fulfillment, supply and cash flow.
•Customer support in commercial issues
Minimum qualification requirements:
•Higher education (preference will be given to people with background in economics)
•Advanced level of Russian and English, (German or French will be considered as advantage).
•Advanced level of computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
•One year working experience
Minimum personal requirements:
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Excellent verbal and communication skills
•Ability to meet deadlines and to handle stressful situations
•Agreeable appearance
