Sales and marketing executive

Job description:
- Achieve sales target indicators as required by the company
- Conceptualize business development plans for approval of management
- Make presentations to clients
- Identify potential clients; build good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Work with team to achieve sales performance target
- Maintain accurate records of all sales contracts
- Analyze the requirements of the clients and offer proposals
- Observes and complies with company health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent or above
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Applicants must be flexible, fast-learner and good team player
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Holder of valid driving license in home country
- Contract duration: 3 to 5 years
- Transportation: provided by employer (to and fro office)
- Accommodation: shared fully furnished bachelorette accommodation with Wi-Fi
provided by the employer
- Medical: by the employer (exclusive of dental and refraction)
- Laundry: provided by employer
- Breakfast and lunch: provided by employer during all working days
- Leave: 21 days paid leave after 12 months of service
- Bonus: one month salary on completion of 12 months
- Travelling entitlements: one way ticket to join Enertech
To and Fro tickets between Doha and home country will be provided
by employer, upon completion of two (2) years. Upon completion of
36 months yearly ticket shall be provided by employer
- Office timing: from 7.30 AM to 5.00 PM with one hour lunch break between 12 PM
to 1 PM, from Saturday to Thursday. Friday off.
- Gratuity: indemnity will be in accordance with Qatar labor law (21 days basic
salary per year).
