Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Handle inquiries and deliver tailored suggestions on our services
Lead persuasive negotiations over the phone
Keep detailed records of calls, customer needs, and outcomes
Prepare market research and feedback reports for leadership
Help define and implement best practices in sales
