Position: Sales Account Manager – International Fashion Wholesale
Type Location: Full-time, Chisinau (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our international B2B wholesale accounts. You will work directly with fashion retailers worldwide: prepare offers, negotiate terms, manage orders, follow deliveries and payments, manage your pipeline using CRM and email campaigns (no cold calling).
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
Prospect and approach new customers
Prepare and send offers, manage follow-ups; negotiate terms and close deals
Manage orders, monitor shipments and payments; coordinate with internal teams
Provide proactive customer support and solve issues
Use CRM and campaign tools to manage portfolio and follow-ups
Report activity results to management
Requirements:
Experience in B2B client relationship / account management
Experience with CRM and structured follow-up
Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, organized and accountable
Self-motivated, confident, good interpersonal skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
Fluent English, strong business writing
