Safety manager

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance across all operations
- Oversee electronic logs (ELDs), Hours of Service (HOS), and IFTA records remotely
- Maintain and audit digital driver qualification and vehicle inspection files
- Coordinate online safety training and driver onboarding
- Investigate incidents, manage reports, and follow up with corrective actions
- Analyze safety data and CSA scores; implement improvement plans
- Develop and enforce company safety policies remotely
- Serve as primary contact for safety issues, audits, and compliance updates
