Responsibilities:
Develop and implement driver safety training programs.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Provide coaching and feedback to drivers to improve safety performance.
Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in driver training or safety management.
Strong knowledge of transportation safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
