Safety and Compliance Associate

Select Corporation, an interstate trucking company based in the US, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety Department.
Position: Safety Department Associate
Location: On-site
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: depending on the experience.
Key Duties:

Monitor DOT/FMCSA safety compliance
Conduct safety audits and inspections
Investigate incidents and maintain reports
Provide safety training to staff
Maintain driver qualification and safety records
Support insurance claims and audits
Promote a proactive safety culture

Qualifications:

Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
Experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet safety (1–2 years preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to conduct safety training and write reports
Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
