Safety and Compliance Associate

Select Corporation, an interstate trucking company based in the US, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety Department.

Position: Safety Department Associate
Location: On-site
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: depending on the experience.

Key Duties:

- Monitor DOT/FMCSA safety compliance
- Conduct safety audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and maintain reports
- Provide safety training to staff
- Maintain driver qualification and safety records
- Support insurance claims and audits
- Promote a proactive safety culture

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet safety (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct safety training and write reports
- Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
