S/w engineer – java/j2ee

Job Description:

The S/W Engineer will be part of a team responsible for the analysis, design and development of software applications for projects that are intended for the European Union.
Duties:
 Analyzing & designing applications in a Web/internet delivery environment
 Developing and implementing highly complex technical solutions in a J2EE web environment.
 Providing support for application development business objectives while providing expertise in software development lifecycle phases from concept and design to testing
Candidate Profile :
Required Skills

 University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
 At least 2 year of working experience in enterprise and service oriented architecture in Java EE environments
 Very good knowledge & proven technical experience of the following technologies:
o Java & J2EE Stack (JSF, EJB3, JPA)
o JDBC
o SOA (Web Services/ ESB), Enterprise Integration Pattern
o MVC framework
o Eclipse
o SVN
 Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

 Strong analytical & problem solving skills
 Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
 Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
 Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
