Ruby developer

We are searching for a Ruby developer that will be working with innovative tools, processes and people to engineer web applications that are distributed and consumed on a massive scale.
This is a full time position, based in our Chisinau office.
Responsibilities:
You will design and build robust and fast web and console based applications using Ruby related technologies (Rails)
You will develop systems of various levels of complexity ranging from simple servlets to more challenging components
You will facilitate integration of server side components with client-side logic using various templating frameworks
Active contributions to the continual improvement of process and product
Working within a services oriented architecture
Aggressive refactoring
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in professional software development required
Experience developing in Ruby (Ruby on Rails, Rspec, Cucumber), prefered
Additional requirements:
Good written/verbal English is desired
Strong problem solving skills is a must
Strong coding skills and ethic is a must
Basic system administration skills are a plus (think Linux, Nginx, AWS)
Experience with Git/Mercurial/Subversion
Experience with various testing frameworks
Any Java/Python/PHP exposure is a plus
Any Objective C/iOS development experience is a plus
Education
University/Academic background preferred, however not required. Good sense of humor is required
