We are an asset-based carrier with 50 reefers. Fast growing and looking for willing-to-work people and having good speaking skills.

Job Description:

- Assist drivers with breakdowns, mechanical issues and emergencies on the road
- Quickly find the nearest places where you can send a driver to fix the breakdown
- Call and negotiate with dealers, shops, RoadSide assistance or towing companies to fix the breakdown quickly
- Communicate closely with drivers and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of roadside assistance requests, from initial contact through to resolution
- Ensure driver safety and compliance with company and DOT safety protocols during emergency situations.

Experience as roadside assistance at least 6 months.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computers and related software.
