Road Assistance Specialist (US Logistics)

We are looking for a dependable and solution-oriented Road Assistance Specialist to join our US-based logistics and trucking operations.

This role is essential in supporting drivers on the road, managing breakdowns and emergency situations, and ensuring minimal downtime across our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 road assistance support to truck drivers across the United States
Coordinate breakdown recovery, towing, and roadside repairs
Communicate effectively with drivers, repair shops, towing providers, and internal teams
Monitor vehicle issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Accurately document incidents, repairs, and downtime
Support dispatch and fleet teams to maintain on-time deliveries

Required Skills & Competencies:
Experience in road assistance, dispatch, or trucking operations
Good understanding of US trucking and logistics operations
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working night shifts / weekends / on-call, if required
Basic computer skills and experience with fleet management or tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with US DOT regulations
Knowledge of commercial vehicles (Class 8 trucks, trailers)
Experience working with nationwide service providers and towing companies
Previous experience in 24/7 operations or control center roles
