Retail Manager
Requirements:
• University degree in Economics or related
• Proven professional record in the retail sector
• Experience as a manager for more than 3 years
• Fluency in English
• Analytical mind
• Strong organizational and communication skills, result-oriented
• Ability to clearly express ideas, make decisions quickly and adequately
• Availability of car welcome
•Flexible, creative and organized individual


Responsibilities:
• Prepare and provide sales plan, taking full responsibility for the results of the channel
• Coordinate the opening of new stores and the interaction between them, product positioning
• Tracking and recording the availability of goods in stores
• Analysis of trends and sales figures
• Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Maintain brand image, the preparation and implementation of measures aimed and increasing sales and branding
• Placement of orders, coordinating orders between stores
• Development of new creative ideas, technologies, and offers
• Initiate changes to improve the business, organize special promotions, displays and event
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
• Responding to customer complaints and comments;
•touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
