RESEARCH ASSOCIATES

Role:
- Providing execution support for the firm’s Consultants on international assignments and strategic projects;
- Direct identification and contact with executives in middle and upper management positions;
- Data collection on companies and executives via phone, company websites, social networking platforms, etc.;
- Report and document drafting;
- Database update and maintenance;
The Research Associate position also offers the opportunity for the selected professionals to do rotations in Peder- sen & Partners offices outside of Moldova.

Profile:
- Ideally a Moldavian national (EU citizenship is a benefit);
- University degree; study experience abroad is considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication and social skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English, other language skills are a benefit such as: German, Turkish, Arabic, Polish and Asian languages;
- Excellent computer skills and phone skills;
- Excellent project and time management skills;
- Enjoy working in an international environment;
- Hardworking and committed to delivering results;
- Detail oriented;
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary;
- Ability to work in high pressure, demanding situations;
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards.
