InnerSquare is a specialist recruiting firm, founded in 2011 in London. The company works with the leading management consultancies in London and Paris.
InnerSquare is currently seeking a Research and Recruitment Assistant, to join its team for their Chisinau office. The RRA is responsible for analyzing the job market and should identify high potential candidates for specific job opportunities, assisting senior Talent Advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
I. Researching senior candidates on LinkedIn
- Use multiple streams of data to find information and potential candidates;
- Identify and establish contact with high potential candidates on LinkedIn;
- Use the search criteria to generate a first list of candidates.
II. Scheduling calls and interviews with the candidates
- Respond to interested candidates and schedule an initial call;
- Organize interviews with selected candidates and send interview reminders;
- Manage all the information in a professional database;
- Be in charge of other occasional tasks supporting the London-based team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- At least one year of a relevant working experience;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and good comprehension of French;
- Very good online research and computer skills;
- Attention to details and organizational skills;
- Experience of working in an English or French speaking country, or in an international environment an advantage.
