Research Analyst (Moldova)

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (http://www.bfconsulting.org/">www.bfconsulting.org), specialising in microfinance consulting, offers a challenging job opportunity for a Research Analyst.
Duty station: Chisinau (Moldova)
Job responsibilities will include:
• Conduct research activities (internet research, data collection and analysis) and prepare research reports
• Monitor international resources for tender announcements (procurement notice) relevant to the activity of the company
• Prepare technical documents for international consulting projects in line with requirements and policies related to technical document writing
• Monitor project reporting and ensure the adherence to international standards
• Prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain professional business networking correspondence
• Coordinate recruitment activities for international projects
• Participate in preparation of internal guidelines and regulations
• Provide support to ongoing BFC projects
• Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Management, International Relations, or other related field
• At least two years of relevant experience (or a combination of education and international experience)
• Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure
• Excellent writing and business communication skills (business correspondence)
• Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer skills
• Cultural sensitivity
