The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and personable Marketing & Sales Assistant to engage financial advisors through LinkedIn. You’ll initiate conversations, understand their business challenges, and guide them toward our proven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, listening actively, and working in a structured-yet-friendly environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to financial advisors and create templates and tools
- Start meaningful conversations and understand advisor needs through thoughtful questions
- Qualify leads and either book calls with our closer or close entry-level sales yourself
- Keep accurate CRM records and provide weekly status updates
- Collaborate with a supportive team

What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly, professional tone with a natural curiosity and sales mindset
- Based in Moldova or comfortable with Moldovan salary levels and time zones
- Experience in sales, marketing, or LinkedIn outreach is a must
- Self-starter who can follow instructions and work independently
