Remote dispatcher

Always Best Service LLC is a United States based Transportation company looking for experienced Dispatchers for remote work.

Key responsibilities:
- Book loads with DAT boards
- conduct loads during all their way
- Keep brokers and customers updated during all the way of loads via the phone
- Keep all internal and external systems updated
- Update local dispatchers on time
- Full 8h work
- Work with spreadsheets

Key Requirements:
- English level ( Upper intermediate, Advanced). Ability to speak and write fluently and clearly in English.
- Experience on USA market is a must
- Experience with DAT load boards is a must
- Understanding of BNSF is desirable
- Experience in searching and booking loads ( Dry loads)
- Ability to make around 200 calls a day giving updated to brokers
- Keep calm and be able to work under pressure all the time.
- Ability to work US East coast time. 7h difference with Moldova.
- Candidates will work from home and soon will have to be able to work from the office in Chisinau.
- Experience in call center or with cold calls will be considered as a plus
