We seek for a Recruitment Research Associate to join our team in Chisinau. Role will support company and clients with identification, management and screening of candidates.
Responsibilities
Support clients on international talent research projects
Manage identification, qualification and communication with candidates
Initial phone screening of potential candidates
Maintain constant communication with clients, preparing reports and other documents
Requirements
Fluent English. Knowledge of German or other foreign language is an advantage
University degree
Excellent communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects at once
Good computer and phone skills
Structured, focused with lots of attention to details
Never give up attitude and highly committed to successful delivery
