Responsabilities:
- Drive resourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting jobs offers;
- Work closely with Discipline leaders to define requirements;
- Update and maintain applicants tracking report;
- Maintain necessary files in accordance with the internal policy and processes;
- Promote
- Attend networking events, career days, and job fairs;
- Continually identifying and cultivating relationships with top prospects.

Qualifications:
- University
- Experience of full life cycle recruitment; IT/software development background preferred;
- Strong sourcing, screening and client/candidate management skills;
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve goals;
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Excellent English and Romanian knowledge; Russian is a plus.
