Duration: Full-time
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
* Draft and post job advertisements in all relevant media
* Maintain active networking and database search
* Identify highly qualified and motivated staff and project based consultants
* Evaluate candidates and monitor recruitment procedures (interviews, reference checks, testing, and hire)
* Create shortlist of candidates for management approval
* Prepare and edit CVs of experts in the required format
* Work on streamlining recruitment processes
* Prepare and analyze recruitment statistics
* Contribute to overall company development
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
* Experience in international finance, consulting, or banking is preferable
* Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures will be an advantage
* Excellent command of English and Russian, both spoken and written
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High stress tolerance and ability to cope well with deadlines
