Weegree is looking for a colleague from Moldova willing to relocate to Opole, Poland
Job description:
• Create and manage a database of candidates from Romania, Moldova and Ukraine;
• Implementation and management of the recruitment process (editing and publishing ads, search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews);
• Organize and coordinate transportation for employees;
• Reporting on the candidates
•Providing assistance candidates with necessary documents
• Contact with the project managers;
Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of English, Romanian and Russian;
• Previous experience in recruitment;
• Holder of Romanian passport;
• Self-reliance in performing the tasks;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good organization of work;
