Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, invites applications for a Recruitment Assistant.
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
Draft and post job advertisements in all relevant media
Maintain active networking and database search
Identify highly qualified and motivated staff and project based consultants
Evaluate candidates and monitor recruitment procedures (interviews, reference checks, testing, and hire)
Create shortlist of candidates for management approval
Prepare and edit CVs of experts in the required format
Work on streamlining recruitment processes
Prepare and analyze recruitment statistics
Contribute to overall company development
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Finance or related field
Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures will be an advantage
Excellent command of English and Russian, both spoken and written
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High stress tolerance and ability to cope well with deadlines
