We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the:
Recruiting and people development responsible (manufacturing)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for managing the entire process of recruitment, in line with the existing procedures;
• Will be resposible for Identifying L&D needs within the organization through job analysis, performance management schemes, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Talent Management organizational objectives and job-specific assessment tools. In regular consultation with business managers, preparing and managing the annual/multi-annual L&D plans that would most efficiently respond to the identified L&D needs.
• Will be responsible for the Performance Management process.
Job requirements:
• Experience in recruiting and people development, at least 2 years, preferably from production industry.
• Romanian, Russian and English – at advanced level (all documents, correspondence
will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Genuine customer service orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
