Recruiting and Employee Development Responsible
(manufacturing)
Job overview: training, employee engagement professional that would like to build up his career in one of the top manufacturing companies in a region of Moldova.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will be responsible for recruiting process accordingly to company’s existing guidelines
• Facilitating training and performing internal coaching across a complex organization to improve organizational and individual effectiveness and performance
• You will be accountable to identify development and training needs in the organization, through job analysis, performance management schemes, Individual development plans, consultations with the management needs
• Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
• Create teaching materials
• You will also be responsible for Performance Management Process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in trainings, employee development and recruiting at least 2 years, preferably production (but not mandatory)
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
