Responsibilities:
Recruit CDL drivers for U.S. operations
Conduct interviews and screen candidates
Collect and verify driver documents (CDL, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse)
Manage onboarding of new drivers and office staff
Maintain HR records and employee documentation
Communicate with Safety and Dispatch teams
Requirements:
Experience in U.S. trucking recruiting
Basic understanding of HR processes
English level B+ or higher
Russian and/or Romanian is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
