Job Duties:
- Create job descriptions and post openings on local and global HR resources;
- Primary resume screening of the applicants;
- Assist in interviewing at all stages of the candidates (in the company’s office as well as in online mode);
- Assist in evaluation of candidates (test their professional abilities, proficiency in languages, personality traits);
- Conveying the analysis of results on interviews and examinations drafted as resumes;
- Taking part in the final stage of the interview together with the Technical Support Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Work experience as a recruiter/HR manager (the work experience as such in an IT company constitutes a key advantage);
- Good command of English language (conversational and written skills);
- Successful outcomes in searching and recruiting personnel at previous job positions;
- Ability of finding unconventional and efficient methods of searching for technical personnel following tight deadlines;
- Familiar with techniques required to conduct interviews and proficient in putting them into practice.
