Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the quality system (Quality Manual and Procedures, Quality Control Techniques);
- Management of supplier and customer services;
- Tracking of quality system according to the plan;
- Planning and reporting;
- Supervising the quality standards application process;
- Application of Health & Safety standards.
Skills and Specifications:
- Dynamic professional;
- Relevant managerial experience;
- Diplomacy and leadership skills;
- Analysis, synthesis and decision capacity;
- Communication;
- Critical thinking.
Education and Qualification:
- Technical University Degree;
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistic Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis), PPAP (Production Plan Approval Process), Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why;
- ISO TS 16949 knowledge;
- Quality Management System;
- PC Skills (MS Office, Database);
- Required languages: Romanian and English.
