Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environmental Engineer

Job Objectives:
- This position implies design, update and maintenance of the Corporate Governance related to improving effectiveness of the Quality Assurance, Health & Safety Management and Environmental Protection Systems within ICS Danube Logistics SRL;
- This position will be responsible for project management, client development and technical support for a variety of QHSE service offerings and clients at Corporate level;
- The position holder will require an emphasis on health and safety experience, as well as quality assurance and environment protection.

Job specification:
- Education: Bachelor degree a must, with 3-5 years’ experience, qualifications / certifications a plus;
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Must have past experience in creating (writing) HSE Plans (plus other Project related HSE documents);
- Be fluent in Romanian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy;
- Able to work on their own. Capable of building a strong HSE culture, plus lead and/or participate in diverse teams;
- Ability to determine root cause(s) of problems and develop resolution;
- Working knowledge of Behavior Safety Management and Management of Change process;
