Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Summary:
As a Manual QA Engineer in our IT team, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Internal Operations teams to ensure the quality of our payments ecosystem — including internal tools, external web applications, APIs, and end-to-end integrations. Your role will focus on identifying potential issues early, validating user interaction scenarios, and helping us deliver reliable and intuitive financial tools to our customers.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning: Develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scenarios based on product requirements and business needs.
Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of internal and external web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
Test Execution: Conduct acceptance, functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.
Bug Reporting & Tracking: Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear severity and priority levels using bug-tracking tools.
Requirements Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, development, business) to clarify requirements and identify edge cases early.
User-Centric Testing: Define, validate, and execute real-world user interaction scenarios to ensure high-quality user experiences.
QA Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA documentation, including test cases, test reports, and bug reports.

BLOCK 2. Qualifications

Solid understanding of client-server architecture and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in testing web interfaces and a strong grasp of QA theory, including test types, techniques, and testing stages.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST API principles.
Basic SQL knowledge, including writing queries and understanding database structures (SELECT, JOIN).
Hands-on experience with Git and Postman for version control and API testing.
Experience working with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Confluence, and Swagger is a plus.
Comfortable using Chrome DevTools and performing cross-browser testing.
English proficiency at B1–B2 level, both spoken and written.
