QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Quality Assurance and Control Executive

The purposes of work:

Ensures the product leaving the site is made according to the specification and meets all required quality standards, and is having all required certificates and documents. Makes sure that the materials arriving on site are within agreed parameters, and ensures high machine efficiency. Continuously improves materials and product specifications in order to ensure good quality/cost/machine performance balance. Responsible for giving operators, mechanics and electricians feedback about product quality.

Main responsibilities:

* Collects product samples, makes product measures and gives feedback back to shop floor and management team;
* Makes incoming inspection of raw materials, manages non comforting materials and products; Provides material specifications, prepares Bill of Materials and Product Specifications for Shop Floor;
* Contributes reaching the appropriate level of the quality of products through the data analysis of materials referring to the quality (e.g. visual evaluation of products) and initiating, supervising or the participation in projects raising the quality of materials;
* Manages new products implementation, gives recommendation about first production conformance to quality;
* Follows legal quality requirements for the product, and makes sure the site is prepared on time for any legal requirements’ changes;
* Ensures product integrity and traceability, recommends concerning choice of suppliers;
* Plans, organizes and conducts quality trainings, develops quality policy for the site;
* Is responsible for developing, introducing an executing records management system, develops templates for site procedures and instructions;
* Obeys all the EHS rules, and ensures EHS rules are obeyed by others.
Requirements:

* University degree;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
* Sound knowledge of management systems, ISO auditor certificate would be a benefit;
* Detailed knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis techniques;
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in Russian, Romanian and English – conversational level;
* Computer literacy
